PICKYGLAM ships all the orders from USA. Please note that delays are always a possibility, try to put your order in advance and you can always contact us with any questions.

Your Order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of the order date, if the item is in stock in our USA warehouse. Online Inventory stock updates every 24/48 hours, please contact us 24/7 to make sure your item will arrive on time for your special occasion.

All the backordered items ships within 3-5 weeks.

Sewing time for dresses up to 4 weeks.

Sewing time for Evening/Wedding Dresses from Our Ukrainian Factory is 4-6 weeks. Production time depends on the workload in production, as well as on the number of items in your order. More detailed information will be provided by our manager. If you need dresses as quickly as possible, we have an urgent tailoring service for an additional fee. We always try to work promptly and deliver orders on time.

PICKYGLAM ships to most countries outside of the United States. At checkout you are able to click on “international shipping,” and select your ship-to country. All international orders are shipped at rates depending on the ship-to country. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not able to include duties or tax fees to any order, and it is the responsibility of the customer. PICKYGLAM cannot reimburse customers in any capacity, and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customers for these fees.
